By downloading, installing, or using RizzAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

RizzAI is an AI-powered application that generates pickup lines, conversation starters, and reply suggestions for dating and social contexts. The App is intended for entertainment and assistance purposes only.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use RizzAI. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use RizzAI to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
  • Send unsolicited or spam messages
  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Misrepresent your identity or intentions
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by RizzAI is created by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the appropriateness, accuracy, or effectiveness of any generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free users receive a limited number of daily generations
  • Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel anytime through Google Play settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by RiekApps and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIEKAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
